Shipping and Returns
Returns Policy
If for some reason you purchased one of our products and its not exactly what you were after. You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund on the purchase price. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item.)
If you request a refund due to changing your mind, then you will need cover the shipping costs.
If you need to return at item please contact out returns team at returns@lab4.co.nz for further information. Please include your order number in the email so we are best able to assist.
Damaged or Faulty Products
We take care to pack your products carefully so that they won't get damaged in transit.
If, for whatever reason, they arrive damaged or faulty, we ask that you let us know within 7 days of receiving them in the mail. We'll arrange for the products to be returned to us and a replacement will be sent out to you.
Shipping
We ship nationwide within New Zealand. We aim to get all your order to the courier within 1-3 business days of your order coming through. You will receive an email letting you know your order has been shipped.
